Archery is a fun, accessible sport for all ages and abilities, and there’s no better place to try it than The Game Fair. Stratford Archers will be running a have‑a‑go range, inviting newcomers to pick up a bow, take aim, and discover the thrill of hitting the target.
From the historic longbow and Mongolian horsebow, through to the recurve and compound bow types, archery has a range of styles to suit what people want to get out of the sport, and these can be used to practise several different types of archery.
Stratford Archers will be running the have-a-go archery area at The Game Fair and will be welcoming newcomers to the sport. Read more about archery at The Game Fair here.
A free assessment will always be carried out beforehand to ensure that each participant can shoot safely and comfortably.
