This is a sport that is is easy for everyone to take part in, from children to seniors and is accessible to people with a wide range of abilities. It is also one of the few sports that can be practised as a family.
From the historic longbow and Mongolian horsebow, through to the recurve and compound bow types, archery has a range of styles to suit what people want to get out of the sport, and these can be used to practise several different types of archery.
Stratford Archers will be running the have-a-go archery area at The Game Fair and will be welcoming newcomers to the sport.
