To enjoy the best possible arrival experience we strongly advise you to read the routing information for vehicles travelling from your area.  Please turn off your sat nav when you see the first directional AA sign to the event and follow the appropriate signage.

Standard car parking at The Game Fair is free.

Disabled badge holders and mobility customers

Please bring your disabled parking (blue) badge with you and display it prominentaly. Turn off your sat nav off when you pick up The Game Fair event signage,  follow the green diamonds and/or disabled badge symbols to access The Game Fair via your access gate.
In show parking at Game Fair

Parking at The Game Fair is free for standard parking and if you have not booked Forward or In Show Parking then please follow the routes that best suit your direction of approach, as described below. Once you pick up The Game Fair signs you should turn off your sat nav and follow the blue P symbol to the most convenient available car park. Note that for your convenience the traffic routing is actively managed to provide the best possible experience and avoid delays for our visitors. Therefore to avoid congestion you should follow the signs as directed on approach.

M40 Southbound

Junction 15 from Warwick

Use the A429 South until you pick up The Game Fair signs around Moreton

Junction 11 from Bambury

A361 to Chipping Norton where you will pick up The Game Fair event signage

Alternatively follow the A4260 until picking up The Game Fair event signage

Junction 10 from Bambury

Following the B430 to beyond Middleton Stoney and then the B4095 to the A4260 until picking up The Game Fair event signage

M40 Northbound

Junction 9 onto the A34

Join the A34 and continue to Peartree roundabout and approach on the A44 unless diverted previously by The Game Fair event signage

A43 Westbound

Junction 10 from Northampton & Brackley

Follow the B430 to beyond Middleton Stoney and then the B4095 to the A4260 until picking up The Game Fair event signage

Exit the A34 onto the A44 and unless diverted previously by The Game Fair event signage

A40 Eastbound

A40 Eynsham roundabout

Unless previously diverted by The Game Fair event signage join Lower Road from the A40 via the Eynsham roundabout.

Exit onto the A44 eastbound at Moreton toward Woodstock or continue to join the A40 past Witney as directed by The Game Fair event signage

By Train:

There are frequent train services to the nearby train stations of Oxford, Oxford Parkway and Hanborough. Travel from London Marylebone by Chiltern Trains to Oxford Parkway (then connect to Blenheim by Bus 7). This is the quickest route from London to Blenheim. However we strongly advise that you check these trains are running as timetables may be changed.

Travel from London Paddington or Reading by GWR to Oxford (then connect to Blenheim by Bus S3).

Travel by GWR from London Paddington, Reading, or Worcester to Hanborough (then connect to Blenheim by Bus S7. Again we strongly advise that you check these trains are running as timetables may be changed.

There are rail connections available from many other cities, by changing at Reading, Didcot Parkway or Birmingham New Street.

By Bus:

If you can, take advantage of the numerous bus links to Blenheim Place and help reduce event congestion within Woodstock during the Game Fair.

From Oxford City Centre

Stagecoach services S3 and S7 services run frequently from Central Oxford.
If you are coming by train, the S3 runs up to every 30 minutes from Oxford Station and the S7 also runs half hourly serving Oxford Parkway Station, both to the Palace gates.

From West Oxfordshire

Travel on the S7 from Witney which runs every 30 minutes via Hanborough Station.
Tickets can be purchased on board from the driver or in advance on the Stagecoach Bus app where you can also plan your journey for stop specific departure and arrival times.

Please email us on [email protected] with subject as Arriving by Coach if you are planning to bring a coach to The Game Fair. Please specify the day on which you are planning to arrive so that we can provide you with specific traffic instructions.

All ages welcome. Accompanied Children under 7 years enter free of charge.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on a fixed, non-retractable lead. Please clean up after your dog.

You can leave your dog at the Dog Creche while you enjoy The Game Fair. Open 09:00 – 17:00 daily

Please do not leave your dog in your car while you visit The Game Fair. Our dog patrols work with the RSPCA and police to release any dogs left in cars.

The Game Fair is pleased to operate a scheme to provide one complimentary entry ticket for any adult unable to attend The Game Fair unaided. The carer will be given a complimentary ticket by the Box Office (located at each gate). Please purchase an entry ticket for yourself as normal but please do not purchase a ticket for the carer. Visit the Box Office at the entrance to the event on arrival with the supporting documentation.

Free Carer/Personal Assistant tickets are issued free of charge at the Box Office located by each of the entrances. The following supporting documentation is required. This is mandatory in order for the free Carer/PA ticket to be issued.

Please bring evidence of at least one of the following (photo copies, scanned copies or pictures on your phone are fine);

  • Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
  • Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired
  • Recognised assistance dog ID card

If you require a free Carer/PA ticket in order to attend The Game Fair please purchase a standard ticket at the relevant price in advance. Please make your way to The Game Fair and come to the Box Office adjacent to the entrance where your Carer/PA ticket will be issued and you will have fast track entry.

This facility is designed to allow any adult that is unable to otherwise attend The Game Fair to have free entry for their Carer or Personal Assistant. We are afraid the carer scheme does not extend to children as they must be accompanied by an adult to attend The Game Fair or Premium Enclosure Products.

Concession tickets are available for

  • Ages of 60 and over
  • Students
  • Military Personel, serving and veterans

Please have a form of ID with you as it may be required to validate your concession ticket at the gate.

Student concession tickets are available, please have a current Student ID with you as you may be asked to validate your Student ticket at the gate.

If you are unable to present a valid Student ID, you will need to provide documents that can prove you are a Student, this can be any official correspondence from UCAS, your university/college or a student loan company that states your name, the university and course of your choice, the length of study and whether the course is full time.

If you are being dropped off by private car or licensed taxi then please use the pick up and drop off area provided so that you can be sure that your vehicle can return to collect you and you know where to find the pick-up point at the end of the day.

You should provide your driver with the information below for drop off and pick-up.

Yes, there are two options.

You can book Forward Parking which is in a dedicated area at the front of the main car park. This allows you to turn up later (up to 10.30am) and still park in the front rows.

If you have booked and received a Forward Parking pass then please bring the print out with you, turn off your sat nav once you pick up The Game Fair event signage and follow the green diamond symbol on the signs to your point of arrival. Then follow the marshal’s directions to your parking area.

In show parking at Game Fair

Alternatively you can book In Show Car Parking which allows you to park within the show boundary. If you have booked this please bring the print out with you, turn off your sat nav once you pick up The Game Fair event signage and follow the yellow square symbol on the signs to your point of arrival. Then follow the marshal’s directions to your parking area.

Yes. There is a parking area for people with disabilities close to the entrances to the Fair site, blue badges must be displayed and the car park stewards will direct you to the forward parking area.

Event Mobility (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) will be providing electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs at this event for the use of mobility impaired, disabled and elderly visitors.

Online bookings must be made two days before the event.

Bookings cannot be taken during the event. If there is spare equipment available at the event it is offered on a first come, first served basis only.

It is a grass site with some tracks, most areas are wheelchair accessible.

If you fancy walking to the Fair, here are some times and distances.

From Woodstock Gate it is roughly a 20 minute walk, approximately one mile.

From Bladon Gate it is roughly a six minute walk, approximately 1/3 of a mile

From The Game Fair campsite it is roughly a 30 minute walk, approximately 1.5 miles. Shuttle buses are available.

Yes, located near the Main Arena. Visitors can leave their shopping while they enjoy the Fair, for a small charity donation.

We have moved from physical show guides to a new digital app to forward our sustainability objectives. This will be available free for all visitors. We suggest you download it before you come to the Fair so that you can familiarise yourself with the different areas, events and exhibitors.

Yes. There are numerous bars and catering areas around the site.

Yes. The Enclosure Packages include options for breakfast and lunch.

Yes, both camping and glamping are available.

  1. Open fires and disposable BBQs are not permitted.
  2. Generators are not permitted.
  3. When camping, only use purpose built gas stoves with small gas bottles (2.2kg), no spare bottles to be brought.
  4. There will be restricted vehicle movements on the campsite over the weekend, no vehicle movement in the hours of darkness. The speed limit on site is 10mph. Normal vehicle regulations apply to driving around on site.
  5. No sound systems will be permitted on site.
  6. Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, pre-booked only
  7. Sleeping in cars overnight is not permitted.
  8. Strictly no Chinese lanterns on site.
  9. Strictly no fireworks on site.
  10. Strictly no drones permitted to fly from the campsite.

Yes, there are multiple points located around the site including by the main arena and adjacent to the organisers.
