Seven Investment Management (7IM) has been announced as the sponsor of The Game Fair’s new quintessentially English Village Green area.
As the largest outdoor countryside-themed event in the world, The Game Fair is set to attract around 120,000 visitors and 1,000 exhibitors to Hatfield House in Hertfordshire across three days from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 July. Reaching the new venue could not be simpler, a 20-minute train journey from King’s Cross will take visitors to Hatfield station which is just five minutes’ walk from the event. Plus extra train carriages are being laid on especially to accommodate the influx of visitors.
Designed as a space to relax away from the crowds, the 7IM Village Green in association with Country Life, will feature cricket matches, large TV screens, Tiptree gin bar and cream teas, deckchairs and picnics.
7IM began 15 years ago, with seven founding partners from the investment world looking to find the best home for their families’ money. 7IM was born, and today has over £11 billion assets under management, providing discretionary investment management services, a platform and a range of funds and model portfolios to professional advisers, wealth managers and investors. Stewart Sanderson, Head of Relationship Management at 7IM commented: “We’re thrilled to be supporting The Game Fair this year and swapping The City for Hatfield House’s Village Green. 7IM is about long term investment management and this event, in its 59th year, has consistently celebrated the great British countryside. We loved it last year as visitors and are very much looking forward to now being a part of it in 2017.”
