A new dry food recipe designed specifically for gundogs with sensitivities or dietary intolerances will be available to sample at The Game Fair this year.
Skinner’s Pet Foods, returning to sponsor Gundog Row again this year, prides itself on providing a diet for every dog’s needs and the Suffolk-based manufacturer will be launching its new grain-free chicken and sweet potato complete dry dog food at The Game Fair to enhance its popular Field & Trial range.
William Delamore, sales, marketing and export director at Skinner’s Pet Foods, said: “We believe it is a vital addition to the range, particularly with the changes in diets required by so many different breeds of dogs.It has always been our aim to provide the best possible food for all active dogs and our Field & Trial range has been the perfect way to promote the link between good nutrition and happy, healthy working dogs. The Game Fair is a great way of meeting many of our customers and quite literally seeing our products in action.”
Gundog Row will indeed be a thriving hub of activity hub for visitors with an interest in dogs, both working and family, at the three-day festival of the great British countryside. Already full, the stands will have a wide range of products and information on offer, including kennels, welfare organisations, gundog training equipment, dog accessories and demo arenas.
William added: “We are always delighted to be involved with The Game Fair and are extremely honoured to be sponsoring their Gundog Row again. As a company we have a long history of supporting the working and gundog communities and, in fact 2018, will be the 29thyear we have sponsored the England gundog team and fourth year we’ve sponsored the Scottish team too.”
At the nearby international ring, Skinner’s Pet Foods may have split loyalties in that case when the England and Scotland teams battle it out with Wales and Ireland in the Home International competition, one of several top-level contests set to attract the best handlers and gundogs in the world. Skinner’s Pet Foods is further demonstrating its support by sponsoring some of the trophies that will be up for grabs.
