NFU Mutual has been announced as a repeat headline sponsor of The Game Fair, which celebrates its 60thanniversary this summer.
The UK’s leading rural insurer will have a central stand at the three-day festival of the great British countryside, which takes place at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire from Friday 27 July to Sunday 29 July. That will give visitors the opportunity to speak to its experts and find out more about the company’s range of products and services.
Founded in 1910 as a farming insurer, NFU Mutual has grown and expanded its expertise to provide specialist insurance, pensions and investment products for personal and business customers, in and outside of the farming community. Although it has a footprint throughout the UK, its head office is in Stratford-upon-Avon, just eight miles from Ragley Hall, which hosts The Game Fair on its 60thanniversary year.
The Game Fair brings together the best that the British countryside has to offer, from food, fishing and fashion to shooting and show jumping. It is expected to attract over 800 exhibitors and 120,000 visitors this year, making it a perfect platform for sponsors to showcase what they have to offer.
Ian Thomas, partnerships manager at NFU Mutual, said: “As the UK’s leading rural insurer and with over a century of service, we are delighted to be one of the main sponsors the world’s largest celebration of the countryside in its 60th year. Although many people know us as a farming and general car and home insurer, we also offer tailored advice and protection for high-value homes, estates, art and collectables. We look forward to welcoming visitors to the NFU Mutual stand.”
James Gower, The Game Fair managing director, said: “We are grateful for support of NFU Mutual again this year. It has been a long-standing partner and sponsor and we look forward to continuing and strengthening the relationship in the years ahead.”
